How long does standard shipping take for gear orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same day.
What is your return policy for outdoor equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, climbing hardware and life-safety equipment cannot be returned once they leave our warehouse.
Do you offer warranties on high-end technical apparel?
Yes, all products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We can also assist you in facilitating a warranty claim for defects in materials or workmanship.
How can I track the status of my delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your package's progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates and import duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
